24 April 2021The picture didn't represent the big cabbage that was put amidst the arrangement. I know that's a trend, but if it had been pictured I would not have chosen it. Also, the vase was white instead of the pictured green which was disappointing. Again, if that had been shown, I would have made a different choice.

25 April 2017This is the second time I order a bouquet that was supposed to contain peonies and for the second time, there weren't any in the arrangement delivered. The entire point was that peonies are the recipient's favorite flower but unfortunately none were included. While I understand they are not always in season, the buyer should be made aware that what is advertised isnt what will be delivered because of reasons that should be made known in advance (out of stock, not in season, etc...). When i overpay for an item such as this, I do so because of the quality of the arrangement as well as the service that I am entitled to receive but, and for the second time, you fell short on both counts.
Delivery was on time but the experience i hoped these flowers would provide was lost.
